Christina Ochsner, Director of Research and Consulting, leads the Services group at TSG. She is responsible for overseeing Market Intelligence, Consulting, and Technical Enablement projects, ensuring that TSG consistently delivers exceptional thought leadership, advisory services, and modernization initiatives to its clients.

Prior to her role at TSG, Christina held several positions at PayPal, ending as Director of Finance Product Enablement, where she fostered collaboration between Product and Finance teams to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions. She also served as Director of Innovation Technology at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska and has over ten years of experience in Compliance and Audit roles at both Blue Cross Blue Shield and Mutual of Omaha.

Ochsner’s extensive experience in PMO and compliance provides her with a unique perspective that enables her to identify critical questions, establish effective milestones, and drive outstanding results.

She holds certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Certified Internal Auditor and is a graduate of Wayne State College. When not at work, she can be found alongside her husband, David, cheering on their two boys at their various sporting events.
