As a Product Operations Specialist, Matt Sobczyk has been with TSG for over 10 years. In this role, he serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the AIMvision product, providing valuable client assistance and ensuring data validation efforts are thorough and accurate. His responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the integrity and reliability of the data within the AIMvision platform.

Matt’s role also involves collaborating with various teams to enhance the AIMvision product, conducting training sessions for clients and internal teams, and continuously improving data processes to meet the evolving needs of the payments industry.

Matt earned a BBA in Finance from Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado. He is a passionate sports fan, especially of the Huskers and the St. Louis Cardinals. In his free time, Matt enjoys playing softball and spending quality time with his twin brother, Mike
