Sam Wares
Director of Client Success
Sam Wares is a member of the Client Success team responsible for ensuring TSG remains focused on delivering client success in all interactions, projects, and deliverables. In his role, Sam helps to ensure that TSG consistently looks for new ways to enhance the benefits that clients derive from our services.
Sam also manages TSG’s M&A business, which includes finding the right home for active sell-side clients and continually searching for opportunities for TSG’s clients on the buy-side. This area is aided by his work in Client Success, because it requires him to stay in tune with all of TSG’s solutions, areas of expertise, and active engagements.
Sam’s background includes over fifteen years of experience driving new business, revenue, and receivables through strategic business partnerships and direct-to-consumer initiatives. Prior to joining TSG in 2022, Sam built extensive experience in customer relationship and strategic partner relationship in several industries including mortgage, insurance, and revenue recovery.
Sam received his BA degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and his MBA from the DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in Chicago, where he graduated With Distinction in Entrepreneurship and Health Sector Management. When Sam joined TSG, he relocated to Omaha from Detroit with his wife and their two sons.
In his free time, Sam enjoys golfing, dining out with his wife, playing sports with his kids, traveling with family, and rooting for all UM teams and his favorite soccer team Tottenham Hotspur.
